The city of Edmonton notified CIDAC that there was a problem with their HVAC system and in order to keep the centre open, an immediate solution was required. As a place of worship and an important community space, closing the centre even for a few days was not an option.
Zak, a centre representative at CIDAC had zero experience hiring and working with engineers. In fact, he found Enginectra on the internet. What he appreciated most about Enginectra was how Daniel and the team took the time to explain to Zak what was required to resolve the HVAC issues and kept him informed throughout the process. As a result, the city of Edmonton approved the CIDAC building for public use and everyone was happy.
