Are you a skilled bookkeeper looking for a remote opportunity with a forward-thinking company? Look no further! As a remote bookkeeper at Enginectra, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding the financial well-being of our group companies. From managing accounts payable/receivable to utilizing cutting-edge tools like Quickbooks Online, Dext, Nexudus, and Airtable for data management, your contributions will directly impact our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately categorize vendor invoices in Dext and Quickbooks to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Manage accounts receivable entries in Quickbooks and Nexudus, maintaining precise records.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Extract and organize data from Airtable for insightful reporting and strategic decision-making.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Quickbooks Online, Dext, and Excel.
  • Reliable internet, antivirus software, and a comfortable home office setup.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with Quickbooks certification.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Receive daily feedback and guidance from our Business Controller.
  • Participate in bi-weekly check-ins with our Business and Finance Controllers.
  • Utilize Slack, Airtable, and Google Meet for seamless communication.
