About the Job

Enginectra is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Designer -Quality Assurance to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring thehighest standards in HVAC design for a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough quality checks and validations of HVAC designs produced byour internal team.
• Ensure that HVAC designs adhere to the necessary standards and regulationsin both Canada and the United States.
• Provide expert feedback and direction to the HVAC design team to enhancedesign accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers to align HVAC design solutions with clientobjectives and project deliverables.
• Act as a critical quality control point before HVAC designs are submittedfor final engineering approval.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC design, with a strong focus onquality assurance.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a track record of ensuring designquality and compliance.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD,Revit).
• Experience in working with local engineers and knowledge of local HVACpractices.
• In-depth understanding of HVAC systems and compliance standards in Canadaand/or the United States.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Project Experience:

• Direct experience in HVAC design for retrofit and renovation projects.
