Plumbing Designer QA

About the Job

Enginectra is seeking an experienced and meticulous Plumbing Designer with a specialization in Quality Assurance. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of plumbing design across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed reviews and assessments of plumbing designs created by our internal team.
• Ensure plumbing designs comply with the latest standards and regulations in Canada and the United States.
• Provide constructive feedback and technicalguidance to the plumbing design team.
• Coordinate with project management to ensureplumbing design quality aligns with project objectives.
• Act as the final quality checkpoint beforeplumbing designs are submitted for engineer approval.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbingdesign, preferably in a quality assurance or lead designer role.
• Strong attention to detail and a proven trackrecord in quality assurance and design verification.
• Familiarity with relevant design software andtechnologies.
• Experience working with local engineers andunderstanding of local plumbing practices.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems andcompliance standards in Canada and/or the United States.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, andcommunication skills.

Specific Project Experience:

• Direct experience with retrofit and renovationplumbing projects.
• Experience in plumbing design for multi-familyresidential buildings.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems formulti-tenant commercial and industrial units.
