Description

The project is understood to be an existing retail unit of approximate 300SQFT to be retrofitted into a new Fresh Slice location. Details of the project as follows:

‍

1. Architectural (Electrical) - To provide new lighting layout and lighting specification to be incorporated into Architectural drawings - for permit and landlord approval.

2. Architectural (Mechanical) - To provide reflected ceiling plan and plumbing fixtures locations required and HVAC design..

3. Design will be carried using the most recent architectural layout.

The Scope of work is to Complete mechanical and electrical engineering design drawings for the new Fresh Slice location.
