- Develop a comprehensive engineering design for the conversion of the existing basement unit into a Lounge Centre.

- Optimize cost-effectiveness by reutilizing existing mechanical and electrical systems wherever feasible.

- Collaborated with Westjet to secure Development Permit approval for the project.
- Conducted thorough assessments of the existing mechanical and electrical systems to identify opportunities for cost-conscious design solutions.
- Developed detailed Fire Alarm, HVAC, Plumbing, Power, and Lighting Drawings to guide the transformation process.
- Completed Schedules A, Bs, and Cs in accordance with project requirements.
- Conducted two field reviews to ensure adherence to design specifications and address any on-site challenges proactively.
